Edit Customers

Use the Customer page to display and modify data about the currently-selected customer, or to add a new customer. You can also add both Exemption Certificates and Licenses associated with this customer from this page.

Both customer names and certificate numbers must exactly match the data sent by your source system for the exemptions to be correctly applied.

Also, if you are uploading customers from Certificate Manager or using SOAP web services to upload customers from your financial system, you should not edit customers in Determination.
